We aim to be the voice of the Egyptian HR community both nationally and internationally and help individuals reach their best potential. AHRA’s vision is to be an HR point of reference, force of impact, credibility, professionalism and influence. Our members get to have networking opportunities with their peers and enjoy learning encounters with prominent national and international figures of the business community, who often gladly accept our invitations to head workshops and speak at events we organize. As a non-profit association, our goal is to enrich our HR members’ professional lives, support their growth and their pursuit for excellence. The association sees itself as the guardian of HR professionals in Egypt; therefore its mission is to alleviate Egypt’s human resources’ conditions by offering tools for best practices of the industry to ultimately support HR professionals in empowering and managing people.
